Prices and Payment
Rates are in US $ Dollars  - Payment is due within  the 7 successive working  days  from the date of the Invoice  by  wire transfer or major credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD - NO CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

ROOM RATES : Per night - per room in USD Single/Double Occupancy - Free Airport Transfers and/or transfers between hotels  for 4 nights minimum stay (In the area of Nusa Dua, Sanur, Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa). For less than 4 night we charge 8 Usd one way.
Transfers to/from Ubud are not included and charged 12 Usd one way max 4 persons. Transfers to other areas will be quoted on request.

INCLUDED: All  taxes and service charges. 

Deposit
Two nights  for each accommodations booked  must be paid within  the 7 successive working days  from the date of the Invoice in order to confirm and secure the booking.
If booking is made within the 3 days before the arrival date we  will  not place the booking until we have received the deposit , " we will ask to the hotel to hold the room" but we must receive the deposit by credit card at least 24 hours before the arrival time . We can accept bookings even few hours before the arrival time  but only if credit card deposit is received immediately using the procedure below . This is to avoid any cancellation fee that the hotel can apply to us.

Balance
Final payment upon the arrival in Bali either in cash or by  credit card.

Booking procedure
We usually confirm the booking  within 48 hours ( if possible) and we will send Invoice with payment instructions, "Bank Details" if you have choosed   Wire Transfer, or the  Authorization Template if you have choosed Credit Card payment.
For hotel bookings note that the rates, you get from our site, cannot be paid directly to the hotel as payment must be made to Holidays Villas who will issue a "Voucher" necessary for the "Check In" procedures , the Voucher can be sent to the client only in case of  full prepayment, otherwise will be given to the client after the payment of the balance, usually during the check In  at the Hotel or in our office. Through us the client gets special prices that the Hotel gives to tour operators only. The client will not get the room at the hotel's front desk without the Voucher, even there is a reservation in his name .

Wire Transfer
We accept wire transfer only for 100% full pre-payment.  If we do not receive the full amount (because  intermediate banks charge commission fees)  we will ask the missed amount upon arrival/check in.

Credit Card payment - Procedure required by the banks in Indonesia.
Available on request VISA, MASTERCARD.(No credit card surcharge).
We will attach to the Invoice the "Authorization Template" with the required USD deposit amount  and the client must send it  by fax  with the photocopy of the credit card (both sides) and the number of the Passport  as  required by the Banks in Indonesia. 
We must receive ALL  the above documentation to finalize and secure  the booking otherwise 
THE BOOKING IS NOT VALID AND  WILL BE CANCELLED.
 

CANCELLATION.
We must receive formal cancellation by e mail or fax and must be made by the same person who made the booking through our booking form. In case of cancellation  the following conditions apply:
Cancellation received 30  days before the arrival date:
We  will refund the full amount  of the deposit received  less the cost of the bank transfer necessary plus  2% amministration fee .
Cancellations received 15 days before the arrival date:
We will refund the 50% of the deposit paid less the cost of the bank transfer necessary plus 3% amministration fee.
Cancellation received within the 7 days prior arrival date
There will be not refund.

Extension: 
Additional nights extension is possible  at the same rate showed in our site but   must be made through Holiday Villas .
 

DIFFERENT CONDITIONS
Different conditions contracted with Holidays Villas must be indicated in the  special field of the booking form. Remember to insert the name of the "Sales Contact" you dealed  with.

INVOICE
All conditions  will be showed in the Invoice we will send to confirm the booking.
 

RESPONSIBILITY: 
C.V. Holidays Villas operates only as intermediary between the local airlines, hotels,villa's owners, boat and car transports, operators, restaurants, and the foreign tour operators or their legal representatives. C.V. Holidays Villas therefore is not responsible in case of accident, loss or damage to person or property occurring outside the touring programmed, and for additional expenses due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions. Programs, services, prices and conditions are based on those valid at the time of the agreement and are therefore subject to change without advance notice, before and during the tour in case of transportation problems or to avoid risks and damages to people and things or in case of fluttuactions of the local currency. 

IMPORTANT
Participation in our tours implies agreement to the above conditions.
To avoid any misunderstanding we will send again the above conditions after we will receive the  Booking Form. Please be sure to insert the correct/valid E mail address to avoid unnecessary correspondence ( fax,voice calls)  and to allow us to send the Invoice in case of confirmation, otherwise we will not place any booking.

Pressing the "Submit Botton" of the Booking Form  will generate a booking for the accommodation you have choosed for the price showed in our site or contracted with Holidays Villas. 
Wait the confirmation with the result of what you submitted. Remember to print the "Result Form Page" for your records.
